Ring group with external numbers won't go to Dest if no Answer

We have external numbers in certain ring groups and after updating to the latest version of Follow Me, it breaks the "Destination if no Answer" in the ring group if external # is present in the extensions list. The external number will ring normally but once it is not answered, the call continues ringing but not to what the "Destination if no Answer" is set to, then hangs up. Furthermore, on the external phone I would get a voicemail with the system message saying "To Accept press 1...".

Below we set the destination to go to a voicemail but the line continues ringing then hangs up.
