Calendar ical remote calendar has missing event on first monday after daylight saving

      Description

      problem effect both distro and freepbx (raspberry pi versions). 

      freepbx with cal version 14.0.1.2 is displaying properly. with multiple try of different calendars.  the date on google cal is created with 1 repeating for mon - sat . only the monday (today) is not showing up. could be google coding for daylight time change that interfered with calendar decoding ical.
