We have our FreePBX Connected to Zoho CRM. We use Zulu on iOS.
Zulu’s official Click2Call chrome extension only supports calling with the Desktop App, and or a Physical Desk Phone. It doesn’t allow you to use Click2Call utilising the iOS Apps.
We found a workaround using the Zoho CRM built in Asterix Click2Call function which initiates a call to your extension. If we set the extension to 90101 (eg. Extension 101) the Zulu client on the Desktop Rings.... but not on the iOS. Zoho also then pops up when Zulu makes an outgoing call automatically which is the functionality we love.
In my mind the Zulu App on the iOS should behave the same as the Desktop App.
Any ideas how we can make Click2Call work with iOS? And have Zulu Ring on the iOS?
