gibberish letters in CDR / Bulk Handler

Hi, 

When Looking at the CDR reports my extension callerID displays gibberish letters, 

I've also noticed that when exporting extensions CSV I get the name column with unrecognized letters . 

I've tried editing one of the extensions and typing in the name again but it behaves the same. 

Any Help is much appreciated.
