Within endpoint manager add extension form there are extensions listed that have already been deleted

First setup an extension, did, endpoint through the bulk import on fwconosle. After we delete the extensions/endpoints it looks like there is still some remnant from the import left.

Delete an extension, delete its inbound route
2. Go to Settings > Endpoint Manager > Extension Mapping
3. Click Add Extension
4. Form appears: Under the dropdown for the extension selection on the new endpoint form I see most of the lines we’ve deleted recently.
