This was an issue in the past, and shows as fixed in queues 13.0.14 but I think that only fixed static agents, it's still an issue with dynamic agents:

Easy to reproduce:
- Create a new extension that has a comma in the name
- login to a queue with that ext as a dynamic agent
- do a 'queue show' and see that the queue agent shows as (Invalid) and won't receive calls
