      Description

      **BEFORE YOU JUST CLOSE THIS**

Please consider adding shared line/ bridged appearance functionality to FreePBX (line appearance, ring/flash, pick-up/show in-use, hold/wink, retrieve, terminate/hang-up, et al.) .

      1. By far this is asked for the most; every single quote/deployment (not exaggerating). It is true by asking people to adjust to the idea of park, they can get somewhat similar functionality, but they do not want to adjust and they want exact functionality.
      2. I can tell you, if a conversation about PBXact/FreePBX starts to go wrong, it is almost always because of SLA. It is hard having someone bought in turn around and say no due to this one missing feature.

We want Asterisk and FreePBX/PBXact to succeed. There is so much power and function and passion in these projects, but the idea of shutting down this feedback does not make sound sense. This is not a case of people just need to get used to this. This is a feature set clearly in huge demand (do a quick Google search for FreePBX SLA).

It is understood that there are many priorities, and that not everything can or should be done, but look at the landscape. Bigger telephony systems can do this (Avaya) and smaller telephony system(FusionPBX/FreeSwitch) can also do this. This is feedback directly from your customers and users. Please consider adding this important functionality. Please do not tell your business to go elsewhere or to use a baked in alternative that does not offer the same functionality.
