Remote CalDav only fetches items in the past

I am using a remote CalDav calendar to schedule open hours. Today, calls stopped coming through, and I discovered that the calendar display on the PBX does not contain an event for today or any day in the future (the calendar certainly contains events far into the future). I resolved this issue by deleting old events. Each old event deleted allows the calendar display to see one more day into the future. I strongly suspect this is due to some sort of event limit.
