Zulu call pop-up settings is overridden by the Zulu call pop-up settings set in inbound route even when the extension option is not set to inherit.

Zulu call pop-up settings is overridden by the Zulu call pop-up settings set in inbound route even when the extension option is not set to inherit.

Please find the steps below to reproduce the issue.

1. Create an inbound route and set the zulu pop-up setting to your crm or some website(ex: https://www.sangoma.com/)
2. Create an extension and set the zulu pop-up setting to some other website(ex: https://www.digium.com/)
3. Dial a call to the extension through inbound route. Once the call is answered zulu will pop-up https://www.sangoma.com/ instead of https://www.digium.com/
4. If i call the extension directly then https://www.digium.com/ is popped up properly.
