      Description

      Follow-Me ver (14.0.1.23) with one extension and a Cell Number using any ring strategy will fail to follow defined logic for No answer option.  At the send the the set time we tried (20-60 sec) the call will just disconnect the remote party.  In the CDR report it ends the call with the APP Hangup no matter what destination you choose.

      I have tried the EDGE updates on the system as well.
