      Description

      Hello,

      Details:

      Core 14.0.28.13

      Queues 14.0.2.27

The queue has Skip Busy set to Yes, ext 6408 is a dynamic agent and the only agent logged into the queue.

      The issue:

Call comes in to the queue, ext 6408 answers the call, caller asks to speak with ext 6406, [6406 is currently on the phone but wants to take this call,] 6408 blind transfers this call to 6406, but instead of calling 6406 it goes to Voicemail (or FollowMe if enabled).

If I set Skip Busy to No, when ext 6408 blind transfers the call it works fine.

Summery: If Skip Busy is set to Yes, it will check if the extension is busy even if the call already left the queue.

Let me know if you have any questions.

      Thanks
