Unable to set Calendar repeat by option to Date of the Month/Year.

Unable to set Calendar Repeat by option to Date of the Month/Year. If you set the Repeat by option to Day of the month and click submit and view the event again then the repeat by option is set to Day of the Month/Year.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

1. Create a local Calendar.
2. Click on add new event.
3. Fill all the fields select Reoccurring option.
4. Set Repeats option to Monthly or Yearly.
5. Set Repeat by option to Date of the Month/Year
6. click on submit.
7. Click on edit event and the Repeat by field is set to Day of the Month/Year.
