Unable to load pjsip.aor_custom.conf or pjsip.aor_custom_post.conf with type=aor

You cannot add any parameters related to an AOR for an endpoint into either file: pjsip.aor_custom.conf or pjsip.aor_custom_post.conf

 In the case of the pjsip.aor_custom_post.conf file, if you have the following entry:

[0001501]
type=aor
qualify_timeout=5.0

You receive the following error when asterisk is loaded as follows:

[2019-06-28 14:15:55] ERROR[42639]: res_pjsip_config_wizard.c:1089 object_type_loaded_observer: Unable to load config file 'pjsip_wizard.conf'

[2019-06-28 14:15:55] ERROR[42639]: res_sorcery_config.c:323 sorcery_config_internal_load: Config file 'pjsip.conf' could not be loaded; configuration contains a duplicate object: '0001501' of type 'aor'

If you do NOT include the statement: type=aor
You will NOT get an error, but the specified parameter for the aor of 0001501 is not set with the new value.
