      Description

      Hi,

the follow me module isn't honoring the Outbound CID set in an outbound route. Let me explain what is happening:

      • I have a SIP Trunk with "Allow Any CID" set
      • I have multiple outbound routes forcing the CID with "Override Extension" set to yes
      • I have a specific outbound route for external follow me
      • I have an extension using the follow me with a prefix that matches that route

If I call the follow me final destination directly (931XX.) I get the right CID, but if I call the extension the system tries to set the internal calling extension as the CID on the trunk.
Therefore my SIP provider forbids the call and the follow me isn't working.

While I can bypass this behavior by setting for each extension the "Change External CID Configuration" to Fixed CID value and than specifying the desired CID, I think that this behavior is not coherent.

      Thanks

      Giuseppe
