Time Groups / Time Conditions not False conditions not working

      Description

      I have tried many times to get time conditions working properly in this version, and the best I can get is about 30 seconds. I had this working just fine in version 13.

      I have time groups and conditions set as Business hours and Holidays. But the calls still come through even if it is outside of the business hours. 

      I have force installed the latest version and it did not change.

      I deleted everything and entered it again, no change.

      I double checked to ensure that the time zone is set to the same throughout Freepbx, no difference. Time zone is set to Eastern in OS as well. No difference.

      I have tried everything I can think of and nothing changes this for more than a few seconds.

      I even reversed the input of hours, and it worked for the same 30 seconds or so.

      I am not wanting to move to edge as this is my production server, and in 13 I ran into various issues using edge.
