We have an issue in our call centre which uses Zulu UC and the callback function. When people get up from their desk they often forget to pause themselves or log out of the queue. As a result, the call back service initiates a call back even though the agent is away from their desk. A great Improvement would be if the agent automatically pauses based on the presence in Zulu UC.
