Zulu Call Popup is not working

I've already attempted to remove and add the sangomacrm and Zulu modules.

I'm running asterisk16 (16.3.0), System (12.7.6-1904-1.sng7), FreePBX 15 (15.0.16) (I already filled this ticket with Sangoma Support, they told me all asterisk 15 issues need to be here, so please do not close this one telling me to put in a ticket with support for a paid module). Chris @ Sangoma support told me to add it here.

I also did a search and see there are lots of issues like this one, but most of those tickets are closed due to commercial module and no resolution. I really need to get this fixed so please look into it before closing it.

sangomacrm version 15.0.14.1
zulu 15.0.56.9

Incoming route -> Zulu tab is set to "Link to CRM Record"

In my asterisk full log, __ZULU_URL is properly setup, and if I cut and paste that link it does work.

But in the zulu_err.log I'm seeing the following error
