Deleting the Global or Custom Sound Language not deleting the voicefiles.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

1. Goto Sound Languages and click on Download button with respect to any language.
2. Click on Accept License.
3. Click on custom languages and then click on add custom language button.
4. Add new custom Language and add few voicefiles.
5. Goto CLI and check on /var/lib/asterisk/sounds folder and the voicefiles shown there.
6. Goto GUI and delete the downloaded Global Language and Custom language.
7. Goto CLI and check on /var/lib/asterisk/sounds folder and the voicefiles are not deleted and still shown.

Note: Custom language created without adding any voicefiles is getting deleted.
