For some reason the Fax Pro gui is no longer available to be added to the UCP. It was present and working fine and then today users noticed it missing from their UCP. Perhaps an activation or license issue?
sys admin reports the following registered modules:
Call Recording Report Expiration Date 2042-11-27
Endpoint Manager Expiration Date 2042-11-27
EPM for UCP Expiration Date 2042-11-27
Sys Admin Expiration Date 2042-11-27
Voicemail Reports Expiration Date 2042-11-27
We did try clicking 'update activation' with no chance. We verified our original invoice and we did pay for 25year license. Should we not see fax pro as a registered module?
