Calendar with Argentinian timezone doesn't work

When you create a new calendar with timezone “Argentina/Buenos Aires”, the system doesn’t visualize the events and produces an error when trying to change
either the month or any other event, such as create a new appointment. In the case the calendar is created with timezone UTM there are no problems and it works perfectly.
