Dashboard missing navigation buttons at the top of the page

      Description

      System Dashboard 14.0.6.2

      After the recent update our System Dashboard no longer displays the navigation menu buttons at the top when first logging into FreePBX. The URL first generated when we login is /admin/config.php. However if we navigate to any other address the buttons appear at the top.

      Clicking on the dashboard button from any other page brings us to a slightly different URL which does display the buttons at the top: /admin/config.php?display=index
