As stupid as it may sound we have customers requesting call backs while they are first in line.
I can understand upĀ to a point since some calls are really long so they figure that we will call them back when the agent is free, i.e. after the call...
I would beleive a simple switch to prevent the call backĀ annoucement while first in line could prevent this...
