Starting with 14.0.25.2 (which contains a bug fix for #19520), any call that is placed into a queue with call confirm enabled and is sent to an extension that has follow-me enabled to an external number will not allow the call to be accepted by pressing 1 on the called external number. Instead, the call is always rejected with a "Too-Late" announcement.
Rolling the core module back to 14.0.25.1 resolves this issue (replicated on 4 different FreePBX servers.)
It looks like rather than seeing if the call is still available, it just immediately defaults to being too-late on a call routed in this manner thru FreePBX.
