CallerID Lookup leaves number URL encoded after latest update

      Description

      After the latest update of the CIDLookup Module that changed the handling of plus signs in the number (see https://issues.freepbx.org/browse/FREEPBX-18685) the number stays URL encoded and shows like that on every extension.

      E.g. if the caller id number is +499631700029 then the number shows as %2B499631700029 on the phone which is very confusing for our customers.

      As a workaround we are using CID superfecta which works fine.
