Ability to disable delete button in UCP for faxes

      Description

      Currently, any user set up to receive faxes has the ability to delete them.  As an admin, and for company wide record keeping procedures we require the ability to store them long term without fear of a human deleting them.

      Please provide the ability to disable the the delete option for faxes in UCP.
