Hello,
I have two servers with this same behavior. The Call Recording Reports module seems to only be displaying outbound calls. (See attached screenshots).
One of the servers was Call Recording Reports module version 14.0.1.20, the other server was 14.0.1.21.
I rolled the 14.0.1.20 version server back to Call Reports 14.0.1.19, and it is still not showing the inbound calls.
I have verified that inbound calls are in fact recording, and the inbound recordings show up and play fine in the CDR module (see screenshot). They just aren't showing up in Call Recording Reports.
Let me know if there's anything I can try on my side to get this working.
