Minor Whilst trying to configure my system (I just moved the deployment ID to a new system - coming from version 12 to 14), I cannot import my list of extensions into Extension Mapping, because the brands are not set; that makes sense - so I need to configure the brands. But before I can do that, I need to fill the firmware slots for my polycom phones.
When you go to Endpoint Manager > Firmware Management at http://mypbx/admin/config.php?display=endpoint&view=firmware, you cannot go from there to the Firmware Management at http://mypbx/admin/config.php?display=endpoint&view=firmware&brand=polycom.
The only way to get there is by going to add a new brand and clicking on the Firmware Management button in that page.
My point is that I think there probably should be an easier way from within Firmware Management. It is a little confusing that the button says Firmware Management, and so does the panel-name in EndPoint Manager.
