HTTPS Certificate Manager Replaces Trusted Nets instead of Append

When using Certificate Manager to generate CSR and install cert, module correctly identifies that freepbx mirrors and letsencrypt were not included in trusted networks on firewall.  It placed only THREE of the four required (letsencrypt.org and freepbx.org) networks in the trusted list. outbound2. was placed, outbound1.letsencrypt.org was not placed. Instead of appending to the over 200 trusted networks already there, however, it wiped out all the original trusted networks.
