Java script Issue in Calendar Events.

      Description

      Java script Issue in Calendar Events. If you create a Local calendar event and select some other timezone that is used in Calendar setting and submit.

      Check the database and the Timezone you selected is saved.

      Click on Edit Event and click submit without changing anything and check the database, Timezone for that event will be changed to Calendar Timezone.
