Allow intermediate chains into the .pem

      Description

      Locally importing certificate details will not include intermediate chains into the .pem.  To resolve this issue, we have to delete all files in the integrations folder and then copy and paste the certificate details (key, crt, Trusted chains/bundle) into the certificate manager module.

      If we do this, it will build pem with the intermediate chains in them. Should be able to automate the certificate process using the local import functionality
