I have installed the CRM Connector (Trial) to test the features. It has been authorized with my version of Zoho CRM (Zoho One Subscription). I have seen success with VM being inserted immediately into a record matching my cell. I do not see inbound or outbound calls (missed, taken or even the when the voicemail was dropped) in the Activities records. I tried to read the issues in this tracker - and I also tried setting my module admin to edge, updating the CRM module. I did notice that in the freepbx users admin a new option to relate a user was there so I tried to associate a crm user with a freepbx user - which threw an exception. I then backed out the module, set back to stable and then reinstalled the crm module. Still no luck. I have seen the API hit Zoho CRM because it counts against ans active tally for my CRM - so the data is being sent. I checked accounts, leads and contacts but no records. Am I missing what CRM Module they are imported into?
