Enable Find Me/Follow Me option under Quick Extension creation is not working.

      Description

      Enable Find Me/Follow Me option under Quick Extension creation is not working.

      Extension are created with Follow me option set to No even when you set "Enable Find Me/Follow Me" option to Yes.
