Time Condition is not triggered by Calendar Event Group since Calendar v.14.0.2.7

Calendar Event Groups do not trigger "Calendar Mode" time conditions since v.14.0.2.7. Tested with iCal calendars and Local calendars.

There was a significant behavior change for Calendar Event Groups in 14.0.2.7+. In version prior to 14.0.2.7 "None Selected" was displayed if no event or categories selected. Use All Event or categories displayed since 14.0.2.7 if nothing is selected. In both cases the buttons show number of selected items if some items are selected. I do not know if this change is contributing to the issue.

Rolling back to 14.0.2.6, 14.0.2.5 or 14.0.2.2 resolves the issue.

To reproduce:

1. Create iCal calendar or Local Calendar - If local calendar, make all-day event of current date. I used Canadian Holidays calendar for iCal (https://www.kayaposoft.com/enrico/ics/v2.0?country=can&fromDate=01-01-2019&toDate=31-12-2038&region=on&holidayType=public_holiday&lang=en). 
2. Create Calendar Event Group that uses the above calendar, select all events
3. Create Time Condition that uses Calendar Event Group. Use Time condition to play different announcements depending on calendar event.

Expected behavior: "Destination Matches" announcement should be played on the day selected in the calendar. Since 14.0.2.7 the "Matches" event never happening/announcement is never played.
