When calling into the main IVR of the University @ 1-800-567-1283 or 819-595-3900 :
1- Select option #5 for the directory assistant
2- Enter "lar" to search for "Nicholas Larose"
3- System prompt : "There are 17 matching entries, please continue spelling the name of the person you are trying to reach"
4- When entering one or more letters, for example "ose" to get the full name "Larose", we get the answer : "This name does not exist in the directory, please try again"
The directory works fine when there are fewer names.
For example, if I try to reach "Daniel Delia" and I enter "del" :
1- System prompt : "There are 5 matching entries, please continue spelling the name of the person you are trying to reach or press pound to select the right number"
2- When entering one or more letters or pressing pound, the system finds the name "Daniel Delia" and transfers us.
It seems that at 10 or more entries, we can't find the person we are looking for.
