Modules vulnerable to security threats notification will not clear

Notification of framework being automatically updated to fix security issue SEC-2018-001, cannot be cleared from System Overview in dashboard.

Followed Andrew's suggested steps in https://community.freepbx.org/t/modules-vulnerable-to-security-threats-have-been-automatically-updated/54545 (fwconsole ma listonline && fwconsole reload), and the notification persists. Removing with the minus button hides the notification, but toggling the "show all" and "show new" will bring it back.

"fwconsole notification --list" lists two valid notifications that are always present, but not the security threat notification, regardless if it's visible on the dashboard or temporarily hidden.
