Inbound call record not showing on Call recording report

      I can see the below record file is generated on the monitor directory,but the call recording is not displaying that call
      /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/2019/02/01/in-s-+147366645-20190201-122945-1549024185.281.wav

      Here I could see the recording file is generated prefix with -s, because of this I think its not updating on the database and I have no idea why -s is generated for inbound calls!.
