Test Calls

Have a way to test call forwards, followme, etc. There should be two tests: a one-way, and a two-way test. The one-way test would call up the number, play a message "this is a test from freePBX". The two-way test would prompt for a local extension/number to dial first, ring that, which would then place the remote call and connect the two.

The real use of this is for UserPortal: testing to be sure a CF they set up is both a valid and correct number. Validity can be tested automatically by checking the dialplan, but incorrect (but valid) numbers can't.

two-way is useful if you are calling a number not expecting the call, while one-way is useful if you are offsite and don't have access to any phone except the one you're forwarding it to (eg, your cell phone).
