Call Recordings cannot be downloaded from Call Recordings Report

Attempts to download recorded audio files from Reports > Call Recordings page fail. 

To reproduce:

• Generate a report under Call Recordings. 
• At the end of the row for a recording, click the downward pointing arrow under the Actions column.  
• Result: A new Call Recordings web page is launched, but the audio file is not downloaded.
• The audio can be played right from that page alright, but can't be downloaded. 
• I reproduced it using both IE and Chrome.
• Symptom happens on only module version 14.0.1.21. I tested with 14.0.1.20 and 14.0.1.7 and audio files downloaded without problem.
