CEL not logging after update

      Since a FreePBX module update and yum update on the evening of 2019-01-07 my pbs is no longer logging to the CEL table.  After the updates, the CEL table was crashed, so I stopped freepbx/mysql and copied the table files elsewhere so I could get the system up and running again while I ran myisamchk on the table.  The command forced me to run it with the -o switch to fix the errors.  myisamchk completed successfully so I shut everything down again, replaced the table files, and restarted everything.  It still did not log to CEL.

      At that point I deleted all records from the table earlier than 2018 so the file size would be smaller (it was 38GB with records back to 2014).  After deleting, I ran OPTIMIZE TABLE cel and the table is now 13GB, but it still will not log to CEL.

      I disabled and enabled CEL in Advances Settings, no luck there either.  I manually added a row into CEL to ensure the table was functioning and then deleted the row.  It still did not log to CEL when calls were placed.

      I'm out of ideas and we need CEL to work due to compliance regulations our customers have with being able to report on specific details of their calls.

      Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
