Time Groups FreePBX 15 Will Not Save

Time Conditions 15.0.7 with Distro 15.0.2.2 I've checked that all modules are up to date. 

Whenever modifying a time group (editing the days of the week, the time, etc...) the settings don't apply. After you modify them and hit Submit the changes are not applied 

Creating a new time group works as expected, however it's modifying any of them that doesn't apply.
