EPM not updating the time correctly after DST, off by 1 hour

Since DST change the phone times have been off by one hour. For example, my system is at EST and the template was at -6 which would show the correct time. However, being that EST time is -5, when changed to -5 the time on the phones jumped up an hour. There is a workaround, By enabling the daylight saving time setting to auto in Phone's Web GUI under Settings > Date & Time > Daylight Saving > Auto > Save & Update the phone should correct the one hour time offset ( Same settings could be applied at template level by setting P75 to '2' in Basefile Edit. Also, the DST day should be Sunday at 2:00am instead of Monday.

May also want to add the "Auto" DST option in EPM as its available in the phone GUI.
