If you configure the broadcast module to make multiple call attempts to numbers that don't answer, then it is possible for a campaign to send the 'end of campaign' summary email after the first call attempt is made to all numbers in the group, but before the final attempt is made to all numbers in the group.
The end result is that the CSV file attached to the email summary might look like this:
11/7/2018 15:39 2 term 2076146105 yes no
But if you download the CSV using the report button in the GUI the entry looks like this:
11/7/2018 15:42 2 term 2076146105 yes yes machine
Note that the call succeeded 3 minutes after the email summary was sent.
