CRM Link not logging call data to SuiteCRM

      Description

      SangomaCRM is loggin g call data to SuiteCRM.  Running Version 13.0.6.13 - I get an error on screen pop from zulu stating Unable to retrieve record.  The record has either been deleted or you do not have permission access it.
