Allow users to be excluded name from the directory, or have multiple aliases for the same extension

I would like to see the ability to enable Email and the Directory listings to enabled and disabled separately. I have several cases where the the person (Like the Mayor) doexn't want his private extension to be public. He wants all of his calls to go through his staff. I've found that by enclosing the name of the extension in parenthesis ie (MAYOR) it doesn't appear when some "enters the first three letters".

I do have several users who need to be listed in the directory twice. For Instance our Senior Center is listed in the directory as "Senior Center" but would like it to also appear in the directory as "Jane Doe" which would be the Director's name. I can easily accomplish this by creating a dummy entry for "Jane Doe" using the custom extension and using a dial command of "sip/xxxx", but this also creates a mailbox. It the phone isn't answered, it goes to the mailbox of the dummy extension, which isn't monitored.
