When the option "Remove zero duration files" is enabled in the Call Recordings Report module, call recordings are removed regardless of length. I can reproduce this problem on the same machine by enabling it. This problem showed up after updating to 14.0.1.16. Log files show that the recording was saved to disk, but then later removed by the mechanism that clears out the recordings. The removal doesn't seem to be logged.
Due to limited resources I am unable to try this on a fresh install due to Call Recordings Reports being a commercial module.
