Contacts Sharing

Hello,

Please add a feature to allow setting permissions for end users to be able to add contacts to a Public Group.

Or allow end users to share their private group with other users.

So users can share and update contacts between themselves, without needing to give anyone permission to the Contact Manager module - which is a bad idea.
