one touch recording broken

Following fix https://issues.freepbx.org/browse/FREEPBX-8981 broke

one-touch recording which comes with freepbx.

Basically automon=*1 overrides the one-touch recording macro as its conflict with automon.

apprecord=>*1,caller,Macro,one-touch-record

when user presses *1 automon app gets call instead of above macro and recording file doesn't get set properly led to one-touch recording broken. In cdr report it doesn't link the recording properly as recording file name doesn't get set.

I think the solution is to revert above fix and let automon overrides via /etc/asterisk/features_featuremap_custom.conf if someone doesn't want to use one-touch recording for some reason.
