Cannot login to pbx, voip phones no longer work

We are a small church that uses freepbx, and have used it without issue for over a year.  Recently, it stopped working.  Our internet works, but the freepbx has stopped functioning.  We attempted to create a new freepbx account (which we are writing you on now), but that also only allows us to create an issue, not create a capability.
