attended transfer breaks vqplus

When the  call is transferred to a queue  From a different queue then the queue callback stops working 

note: The reason is since a queue member is transferring(attend transfer ) a queue call to different queue And queue will receive the queue member channel Not the real caller channel. Once transfer is Done the real channel will dissolved in to the other queue channel and callback demon will not have any information about it .

Because of this DEAD channel daemon will not be processing the queue callbacks untill a  service restart
