Ringgroups edit page gives a new new form instead of showing the existing data in freepbx 15.

Ringgroup module is in edge(15.0.2) virsion.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

1. Upgrade the ring group module to edge version.
2. Add new ringgroup entry.
3. Click on edit button.
4. Ringgroup will shoe empty form instead of the data which you entered while creating the ringgroup.
